Baby Clothing

My friends have a small child are having a hard time finding cute goth clothing.
I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for easy baby-clothes patterns that I could make for a baby wearing 9 month old clothing.

I would try to find plain T's and bodysuits and just sew patches on the bum or velvet ribbons, but VERY securely. Then carefully detach the accents to re-use with the next size up. That is, if they aren't stained all to hell!

Babies grow out of clothes so fast that I don't think it would be worth the time and effort to hand sew baby clothes. If you want to make something by hand for the baby I personally suggest a blanket, or a picture for baby's room. My daughter is 5 years old and still uses one of the blankets given to her as a baby!
