Yeah, I'm pretty sure my dad won't let them anywhere near me. He doesn't want me talking to them right now. Especially because my state of mind is so "fragile" according to him.

I really just want to talk to Christian right now....

Yeah, they keep calling my dad asking if they can interview me again...

I told my dad if he let me near them I'd end up in jail for punching one of them....

I get that they're doing their jobs, but they arrested my boyfriend, I have NO kindness in my heart for them.

And I accidentally saw a picture of him in the newspaper. One of my friends had clippings of the articles and I saw his picture....

I couldn't stop crying for an hour afterwards.

I understand why you feel this way, but- innocent until proven guilty aside- please understand that they apparently have their reasons for such. You wouldn't feel this way if it was anyone else, don't let emotion overrule sense.

Altough there is nothing I can say which can help you, nothing that I can do will change the hard sitution you're going through, I hope that things will get better, somehow. Life goes on and nothing can last forever, bad or good.

I wish I could comfort you and him, somehow.
Please try to stay as calm as possible. Think reasonably, do anything that will keep your mind busy enough not to think of this. Take care of yourself.

That's just what I was thinking.
I know it's hard to think about, but it is possible that they were right for arresting him, and they aren't trying to hurt anyone, they are trying to keep people safe.

I'm trying to not let my emotions overrule my sense. It's just so hard, because I care about him, and it's hurting a lot of people. He's arrested for killing his mom.

It's an impossible situation, ya know? I don't want to seem liek I am coming down hard on you- but I don't want you setting yourself up for either a hard fall or slipping a brain gear and doing/saying something you cannot take back.

Just inhale, exhale repeat. The truths and facts of the matter will come forward, it is just a living hell for you betwen now and that time, I can imagine. I hate it for you.

It is my hope that they are wrong and that he didn't do it.

It's my hope he didn't do it. And if he did do it, that he did because he is sick. I know you're not coming down on me. I need to get myself together. I just keep harboring these feelings, and I can't seem to find a way to release them. I only get so far with crying. I don't know what to do.

I am so confused right now.

Crimson, if you don't want to answer this publicly I'll understand, but...did he seem completely normal to you, or were there ever moments where he said something that made you think "WTF?". You don't have to say what he said because that goes into possible legal consequences, but I just wonder: if the authorities suspect psychiatric motives then he may have exhibited some signs prior to August 2. Do you have any memories of him that in retrospect make you think "That explains it."?

The detectives want to ask me MORE questions.

Like what I say matters. He's been charged already, he's going to jail. And he's not going to get the help he needs.

They have a status meeting set for him on November 5th. That's 4 days before my birthday.

I'm going to know if they're going to trial by then, and if they are when the trial will be.

I can't talk to him until December or January probably....

I hate to say this, (bearing in mind that he is innocent until proven guilty) but they may be wanting to talk to you to get more clues into his emotional and mental state.

*If* he did do it, the prosecution and police have to look for motive and the defense looks for reasons to dispute that. If you know that he had issues with emotional/mental stability and can expound on them well, a plea of not guilty by way of insanity would lend itself to treatment instead of prison. That kind of verdict goes down easier with accounts by known parties as well as court psychiatrists.

I know this sucks, but this could be a way to help him if he *did* do it. If he didn't, then you have nothing to lose by cooperating.
