That which connects sky and heaven
The ocean reflects its blue
Oh cosmic expanse, bordered by white
In this traverse we flew

If I stray from God
My eyes grow dim
If I walk His path
My faith does not swell
Accursed indecision, meandering of my soul

You dare to see my spots
The solar perplexes
casting empty darkness
where it illuminates
Do not lie when the sigils shout
Deception is in the vigilance of the loud
So that steps are never heard

The deer nods its head in silence
at the waking of the seasons
With guile pointed like a spear
It watches perpetuity, waiting

Cover your eyes
o'er the far borders
So that light may not offend
the delicacy of sight

To move one out of four out of five
is pleasure indeed
the ecstasy of motion unfelt but thought
Impulses of the warrior at bay

Mirror's conquest
failed
disruptions in the distance
Milky swarms that fly
devouring a perfect palette
setting against one another
azure twins, once abreast

Thin sickle, wide space
broad air surrounds
ignorant travel
Shallow conversation amidst
depth of character undiscovered
Perceptions scream as all things unravel
before hereafter never unending
lost, so very lost
in sky
in faith of my own humanity

Boredom frolics
unease spirals in quizzical rotations
chew, no more, then chew again
basics unbound, seduction without sound
Probably projections, always permeations
of a youth unrealized or just afraid

An ocean rumbles
between panes and the void
a whale call
gone unheard
lest you press yourself
to the boundaries of safety

the desert lizard
lips rough and virginal
Deception of self
by the sweet so mundane
Begging, gasping
trampling wisdom
Peel back the hide
let tenderness be punctured
I demand my sensibilities be ra ped
You pathetic meat sacks

memories of a time long ancient
expressed by earthen expanse
bordered by pristine blue
The land stretches forth
footprints of terror etched on its face
Marbled by forests the wilderness darkens
but the weak prevail and cannot be culled
Nature spits poverty in disgust

Acres squared
and accounted
like imagination unrendered
growth dots the barren
a prism of pixels
precision, squared, accounted
Society demands a vision
delivered in resolution so low
One cannot help but question its worth

Why do you break me so?
is not my bounty enough,
even for your greed?
You can see my crevasse wounds
but you carve anew
My soil is rich and red
from the agony I spilled for you
My children, I cannot help but despise what you have done

but even so I do not punish
For I live to let the live, live
Do not blame me if Echidna's venom strikes true
It is only her defense to provocation

Stupid dust men, you hurt your siblings
but blame your mother
Were not life my favorable prerogative
You would have been exiled to detritus long ago

does it want to bend me?
Heart working double time
pumping lava under my skin
hot and thick
blanketing me

Press - grip - plunge
Every fiber is being wrenched into submission
You need to push harder

Those tiny particles of dreams,
did you glimpse them hurry like a snowy squall?
They're running, you know
From systemic indexes that rise out of the cityscape
I'd tell you to grieve for them
but we don't pay you for that
