Giving this forum a look as I have nothing better to do, and Goth.net while very nice is slow as far as forums go. I'm a little hesitant to even bother with most online forums since most of them tend to be covered in types I'm not particularly interested in.

So a little introduction. Just another traditional style Goth. I'm a big fan of 80's and some 90's gothrock, classical, some punk, video game music, and some other out there things such as The Chieftains.
Let's see....
Retired Internet Troll, bat enthusiast, fantasy fan, jerk, enjoys humorous redundancy for the purposes of being humorous, D&D player, Shadowrun player, and an attempted gentleman. I consider myself highly cynical and mistrustful.

So far the site looks a little better if a bit...cluttered. I probably won't post much as I don't see that many interesting topics, and it appears you've all had quite a dramastorm lately. Also, ads up the ass. Alibaba.com? Gothicsluts.com? Seriously? I love you, Firefox adblocker.

I think there's some sort of drama with the connection of this website and blueblood.net or something. But I don't know anything about that, and it doesn't really affect anything except the aformentioned adds. Welcome.

Mayan lore is some of the more interesting I've read.

Other culture's gods have nothing on the Lords of Xibalba.

(Plus I'm a sucker for the idea of Camazotz. And no I've never read Silverwing, would like to though.)
