I have a great dislike of acoustic guitars. The horrible string action, the uncomfortable body, the tone which I'm not too fond of.
Someone tried to get me to start out on one, but I picked up a stratocaster instead.

I have a great hate of guitar hero. Just because it's popular know people say, oh yeah, I play guitar, then when questioned as to what guitar their favourite is, they retort that they merely plink at that severely retarded game.

I'm going to be getting a bass distortion pedal and a drum machine here soon. I hope to get my early Pitchshifter/Godflesh worship industrial metal band off the ground, and I'm going to do it alone. It will be called Cathode.

I hate both. I mean, come on, if you have the time to spend on that kind of shit, you might as well spend time doing the "same thing" with real instruments and be creative.

Probably a Boss Super Distortion or something. I'm in Drop D now on my bass, but I want it to be really fuzzed out.

As for a drum machine, something cheap, but I really don't know too much about them, any recommendations?

Don't talk to me about hideous acoustic guitars. I started learning on an acoustic when I was 16 and it was an incredibly bad quality one at that. The action was horrible, it wouldn't tune properly and the tone was nasty as hell. However I persevered with it for a YEAR! I even learnt the Sweet Dreams (plus the solo) and Alice on it. Then I realised...I am actually going to get a good electric guitar and it's been so much nicer ever since.

Yes it takes a lot for an acoustic to sound good and have good action.

I love it so much and when I get on an electric I just wail on it and have the time of my life.

I never thought I could do any solos but once I learned a couple and did it on the electric is was awesome.
I started out with my dad's old classical guitar. Fat Frets, Fat Neck, Nylon Strings, of course. It was difficult at first but being able to play on that guitar for 2 years and moving to an electric made me a better electric player, becuz of the difference in space and all that mess. I still love the acoustic i have now, spent about 240 USD on it and I wish I had saved up more money for an even better one but I couldn't play on that classical forever. The electric I have is an Semi Hollow Epiphone by Dot Studio, nice guitar, but it was banged up so a couple of things are messed up...if only i had my amp up and running again I'd be recording with that right now.

First one is the folk rock

second one is the me alone

Good luck. I'm gonna be recording some stuff soon. It's just a matter of getting Raymond off his overstoned ass and getting him to play again. Also Getting Guy to move his drumkit to the "studio".

I'm still in the songwriting stage... also with so many projects I wouldn't know what to record first, anyway.

Only Michael Angelo Batio could of come up with a guitar like this !!!.
This guitar is retarded. I don't say that because it looks ridiculous (it does), I say this because it's four necks and the same sound on each one. That's an utter waste.
