Just this morning I was jamming out to "the Sign" by Ace of Base as well as Mob Deep's "Survival of the Fittest" and Coolio's "Gangsta's Paradise". xD

I listen to girly anime themes too...but I take it to the next level and pretend I actually know what the fuck they're saying and sing with them!

Also, I listen to a lot of doo-wop and girl-group music (you know, stuff like "Earth Angel", "Be My Baby", and "Leader of the Pack") from the 50s and 60s. And depending on what kind of rap/hip hop, I'll nod my end to the backbeat and occasionally the lyrics if I'm diggin it.

When I was stationed in St. Stewart, GA. There weren't that many alternative & rock stations there. So I was able to put up with Country music for 3 years. And I gotta admit, some of it was great. Tracy Byrd, Brooks & Dunn, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Vince Gill, & Toby Keith to name a few I admired in those days. I still have the CD's and listen to them once in awhile.

I like Hawthorne Heights.

You can't get more emo.

But it's not a guilty pleasure, I'm quite glad that I enjoy a wide range of music.

I'll also admit that I actually loved that Screamo music before it became mainstream. ;P

I do like that stuff too, but mainly the late 70's spun-off-punk stuff. The Professionals or Agent Orange, thats good stuff. Good choices Xombie.

Aqua, Disney soundtracks... and all the bad 80's pop you could ever want. Even Culture Club.

Especially Culture Club, actually.

I've got a weak spot for latin ballads. Very embarassing. Also, I can be found listening to HIM and Robbie Williams. And I adore the barbershop songs from the fifties. And Elvis Presley. But that's not something I'm even remotely ashamed of.

I love to listen to Pop punk, though, I don't feel bad about it. If it wasn't for Green Day and Blink 182, I wouldn't be playing guitar.
