The Claiming
I usually do not share my poetry online, but I am unaware of the state of my poetry skills to be honest. My friends all tell me it's great, but honestly, who is going to outright tell their friend that they suck?
I do know that in here, there is a general tone of brutal honesty, and that is what I need now.
I am going to share with you two of my poems, and that might be the last of my poetry to be shared online.
The first one is very short, and I wrote it in one of my moods to... release the mental pressure if you will.
The second is actually written for an erotica reading I am attending next weekend, and it is written by tapping into the very basic, dark desires.
Feedback not consisting of "you suck donkeydick!!11" is greatly appreciated.
The Elder Poet:
As an elder poet said, in wisdom's darkest hour,
Why bear a life, a life of pain, when life is never kind?
A rope or poison blade of old are easy choices both,
But living life and living on is hardship evermore.
But I must fight and carry on, and I must suffer pain,
To bear this cross of burning wood, and never let it go.
The Claiming: (Warning: very sexual)
As I grasp your lush, ripe body firmly in my longing arms,
I take your virtue in the night, force your pleasure screams.
In the darkness of my mind, I punish, cradle and caress you.
Extinguish fire in your eyes and take you, mind and soul.
Bend you to my will and lust, I thrust desire onto you.
Out of me and into you, your screams and scars and blood.
Your fair young bosom and your lips, I take it as my own,
Between your thighs run my desire, hot and sweet and strong.
The crack of pain and whip of thunder, your screams sound through the night.
My tender strikes against your body, as well as strikes against your soul.
You lie in pain and pleasure waves, ecstacy and suffering,
And as I look into your eyes, I claim you as my pet.
