The whole thread made me really happy about staying at a friend who cooks just fabulously. sadly, I don't have a camera to share those wonders with you.

Curry is good. What's the difference between Japanese Curry and Indian Curry (I've only had the latter)?

Well...With Japanese curry you usually cook it with beef ( although alot of ppl do like eating it with chicken) and you use yellow onion, lots of potatoes and carrots and this delicious curry block, called golden curry that's made in japan. And you always eat it with white sticky rice. I've never had Indian curry but from what I know they put yogurt in theirs I think.

OK- I have something to say about food so I'm letting it out right here.
I crave some Hot Chocolate Lava cake ala mode with Mocha Almond Fudge ice cream. Perhaps I shall try to compensate by baking Ghiradelli brownies and serving it with vanilla ice cream. Either way I NEED chocolate tonight in one form on another, hopefully in OD-worthy quantities.

I made this weird dish for dinner.. it was Ramen noodles (sans gross flavor packet), miso soup mix, seaweed, beef, broccoli, and a little bit of soy sauce.
It was yummy though.. KK and I both enjoyed it. (Y)

I always toss out the nasty flavor packet too. Your way does sound yummy.

Yeah.. MSG and I don't get along very well.
I really like the noodles though, even though they are like the store-knockoff-Wonderbread of pastas.

Why are you not judgemental?
That ferret is adorable and should not be dressed as food.

If that ferret wishes to dress as food it has every right to do so, and you have no right to tell it what to do. You've got to live and let live, Catch.
