Snow + Oregon bound

Well, rather, we are now no longer snowbound and are Oregon bound, as soon as the inevitable last minute bullshit is taken care of, i.e. fresh litter for Her cat, stuff packed, house tidied for a tidy return, etc. Fortunately, the car was docile and able to be cajoled out of its spot, up the hill, and parked illegally in less than a minute, which is about 60 times better than what I was expecting. Having showered, I feel significantly better. Now for the driving part. Has anyone driven on a lower 48 freeway after the snow? I haven't. I've never driven on snow like this without at least all-weather tires, or studded, or 4WD. ~400 miles in these conditions should take around nine hours if not longer. I wonder if I'll be able to stay awake for it.
