Convergence XII in New Orleans

Anyone going to Convergence in April?

If you haven't heard of it, you should check out the site. It's a gathering of net goths from all over, usually around 700 people. 2006's will be held in New Orleans.

Make plans to attend. Convergence is wicked!

Tickets are just $55 for the weekend. Of course, hotel and travel adds a lot to that, but if you're already near New Orleans, you don't have to worry about that stuff!

The beauty of Convergence is that you get to meet net goths you have only known online. That's really the point - to create a place for all these people who only know each other online to finally meet in real life.

I don't know (in real life) any net goths. In fact, I don't really know any goths period. I'll be traveling with my decidedly ungoth-looking boyfriend. But I'm still going to Convergence, and I'll have a blast!
