maybe they'll never merge and just switch places, and apple can be the evil OS that everyone uses and windows will become the decent OS with no support.

I doubt that Macs will switch places with windows.

Macs are all too annoying, and too many computer illiterate people have to use Windows.

I'll agree that mac is easier on the software end, but take the example I had at work today when a professor came in asking to project his mac on the projector but didnt have a mini-dvi adapter. we dont supply those, so he was SOL. If mac used some similar connections in the buisness world they might gain a better user share. its simple things like "if you want to keep using mini-dvi then SUPPLY THE ADAPTER.

they do supply the adaptoers with all macs, including laptops.

The reason for using DVI in the first place is because it is supposed to be better, so apple uses it on its screens. I have never bought a mac that doesn't have the adapter.
