Thanks. Wow, that's excellent. You obviously have great skill and the imagination to match. If you've done more work like that, why not post some in the art thread?

Nah, GIMP makes vaguely hard sounding things easy. I really like it. Once you've figured out the bits and pieces, it'll do almost anything.

I wouldn't consider what I do art, either. It's just fiddlings. I don't say anything, I just...mess about with stuff.
Though I shall have a look for this art thread.

Wow, that's some impressive image manipulation's that you've done, TheCastrator. I especially like your first one.

I think I look sort of weird, my face just has that 'oh my, someone's taking a picture of me, how should I look?'-expression which never looks naturally, but I'm fond of our pretty clothes and the townhall is a lovely background, so that makes up for the weird face I guess.
You look very pretty indeeed What type of event was happening?

So, here are some new pics of myself.
All renewed and paler than ever!

First a hot one
http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e2...icture2781.jpg

And now a sexy one
http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e2...Picture274.jpg

You can see on the back my potpurri vase,a bag of candy, and a hand-made heart-shape Valentine's card.

Cool pictures Jillian, I envy you. Although i do appear to have more facial hair than you currently, so I beat you on that count, if not on looks, style, photogenicness (yes I am aware that is not a word,) and overall skills with a camera.

Thank you!
The event was called 'Leuven in scene', there were all sorts of nice and artistic things going on in our town, and there was also an artist who colored our townhall by projecting light on it. Normally, our townhall is just grey stone, so the colors you see in the background were part of the show. Luckily for us, one of the people who organized the event is a goth herself, and she figured out it would be beautiful to have goths pose for the pictures because the antique-looking clothing would match the old townhall, and the dark clothes would contrast with the colors in the background. The effect was great indeed, and we felt like princesses in our pretty clothes.

EDIT - Ouch, it still doesn't like me. I'll have to try and upload it into photobucket.
There we go.

mutsumiasakura, I love that pic!

And on a different subject, do you have a specific shortening of your name that you would like or should I just make up something random?

Good-oh, it sounds like fun. It sounds like your town isn't too boring at all

Damn you and your perfect hair! I'm so jealous, my hair just goes "blah" and never goes like that. Still have to say a very nice photo of you again.

Maybe mutsumia? Or lady M? Any of them sound like a nice nickname?

I can see your pics Jillian but only in your original post, not in Corpsey's quote.

Very cool pics Demonista. The second one's awesome... hey, didn't you ask to have you pics taken down when you left the site?

Welcome back, by the way.

Yes, that was me.

Seeing as they refused my request, I'll just simply not care.

Thank you.

Great photos. I especially like the second one. You look like a cute little munchkin but if anyone goes too close to you you'll bite off their fingers heehee.

Awesome, Demonistra! I love the "Oops this picture no longer exists" part, it's just so sexy.
Actually I'm pretty disappointed I didn't get to see . . . *pout*

It's Mutsumi Asakura, but it shortens nicely to Mu, and Lady M is rather nice too. I do like that one. Feel very free. *smiles*

Actually, if you click the link in my original post, it should lead you there because the links don't work in quotes.

But thank you for the compliments so far!
