yay for you!
I got A, B and C in my A-levels, missing the requirements for Essex university by 40 points, and they asked me to take up the course anyway... you'd be amazed at how you can get away with low grades some times.

At least you're not spewing lunch...
There is a problem with Essex- I thought I was going to Leeds, and was all happy with that and was making friends with the Goths over in Leeds. Essex taking me puts quite a crimp in my plans. I'm going to have live in weekends again instead of seeing anyone else who knows who Bela Lugosi is during the week.

Congrats She_Is_My_Sin.
Let us celebrate by going to that old abandoned warehouse in the shadow of the valley of death and where it storms with rain and thunder and lightning as we watch old Elvira play horror movies as she sits on her couch.

Ohhh... I don't like snakes. Possibly because one snuck into the kitchen at my Grandma's house once and scared me half to death. It was about 5am when I got up to grab a drink and I walk into the kitchen and this massive snake is just lying there. I'm just standing there thinking "Yeah, I might get a drink a little later. Like, when the massive snake goes away".
So, how is everybody and what have I missed?

Some cool new guys; oh, and a troll, though - but not a big one.

That's cool.
Anyone know how to decode guys? Cos I met a guy at a party recently and he was a total sweetheart all night (watching out for me and making sure no one got me drunk - since I can't get caught drinking while I'm here) and I think he's kinda interested in me. But it's very confusing...
A little help from someone?

You should try & spend more time with him & see if he gives off a signal, that suggests it.

We were over at a mutual friend's house the other day (spent about 3 days there). The guy I like (henceforth known as R) is one of those people who hates sitting around. He has two jobs, gets up at 5am and has a boat he works on in his free time. While we were at the friend's house I got the flu and lay in bed with a fever for a day. Everyone except R went swimming because he "didn't want to leave me on my own". He played with my hair a bit and hung around all day.
Then a few days later, he was over at our house. There were four of us there and he barely looked at me all night.
*shrugs* I thought he might be interested in me but the signals are a little confusing...

Sounds to me that he likes you, but is perhaps a bit shy of showing his feelings around others.

Why can't I ever get what I want?
It's not like I'm asking for world domination.
I just want complete control over the drinkable water of the world.

How many do you have? I must admit I have 16 of them, I had a raging obsession for them a short while ago, the obsession is temporarily dormant at the moment

I have two from the fifth series, which I brought with birthday money (they're pretty pricey). Leda Swanson & Annabelle Lee. I love them to death. But it appears to me I'm the only one in town buying them. There were 5 in the shop & I've brought two of them. I went into the shop (its the only shop in town that sells them) & the guy told me it was rather sad that no-one was buying them.
But I love dolls. If I had the money I'd buy them all.

I am damn freaked by going back to school...........I am thinking of just not getting out of bed on Monday. Yeah! That will do the trick.
