Granted, but suddenly the time turned back to the Victorian era and there I was dancing with the moves and because you were the master people wanted you to dance and you too could only do the DDR moves so here we are making turtle soups.
I wish I had a big mansion in England.

Granted. Too bad everyone takes advantage of that, and no one does anything else anymore. You get in a bad car crash and there are no doctors to stitch your head back onto your neck, and you die.
I wish I could go to the cross-country meet tomorrow. x(

It is so cold out that a step outside will freeze you into a malady-sicle, and the heating in your home- all that's keeping you alive- begins to fail, heralding your approaching doom....

He is, and so is Darth Vader. Batman went to fight the Dark Side and lost. He had a mental breakdown and lost his whole strength. Heck, rumour said he went insane, too. As you were visiting him in the SuperHero Asylum you unmasked him, and unlucky you it wasn't George Clooney or Christian Bale inside but Jim Carrey!

Granted, but instead you're forced to take a course on watching paint dry. You fall asleep from boredom, and miss the exact point at which the paint was no longer wet, and fail, making it impossible for you to do anything with your life.
