There is a list of questions for new people to answer. Seek it. Fill it out. Or really, the eldergoths will descend with a vengeance- and that is scary and will scar you for life.

1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job) Well, I cook, sew, quilt, bake, read, write, enjoy music, meditate, do Pilates, and other such things.
2. Where are you from? Nova Scotia, Canada.
3. Who is your favorite author? Hmmm, a perplexing question, as there are so many. I enjoy classic horror and gothic literature. Currently I'm reading "The Mysteries of Udolpho" by Ann Radcliff. I also enjoy young adult fantasy as an easier mindless read -- the "Redwall" series was really engrossing (and includes death, which I was rather surprised at, being as how it's a series about mice), as well as "Beauty" by Robin McKinley. I also enjoyed "The Last Unicorn" by Peter S. Beagle -- whose method of description is uncomparable -- and "The Princess Bride" by William Goldman (if you haven't read that book, do so -- the story isn't the important part -- it's the way he tells it that blows you away).
4. What are your favorite films? I don't watch a lot of movies. I stick with the things I like. I'm a huge Tim Burton fan -- I've memorized "The Nightmare Before Christmas" and "Beetlejuice". I also enjoy law dramas. "Twelve Angry Men" was a very interesting watch.
5. What music do you want played at your wedding? I've already been married (and am getting divorced) and we had "Sukati Da Nei" from Final Fantasy X as "our song".
6. At your funeral? Ugh, so many to choose from. I'll have to ponder on that one and get back to you.
7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die? Beautifully.
8. What kind of casket would you want? Black marble with red lining, silver clasps and a rose rosary.
9. What's your FAVORITE outfit? Um, I'd have to say my black low cut dress with my black lace corset underneath, in my knee high black pleather boots with my chocker.
10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid? Innocense, lack of concern about anything. Money, food, weight, secrets, etc. are not things that are on the top of your worry list when you're chasing butterflies and cloudwatching.
11. What's your favorite band? I really enjoy Rasputina, A Perfect Circle, Lucuna Coil, Leaves Eyes, Collide, Emilie Autumn, etc.
12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major? I wish I could say that I have an education. Alas, Nova Scotia has one of the highest tuition rates in the country and I simply cannot afford to go to school.
13. Why did you join? Entertainment, exploration. I'd really like to get to know some other gothic females.
14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender? Female.

I created it for the name of an angel of death in a fantasy fiction novel I was working on several years ago. I love it, it's probably my favorite name.
