Does anyone on here hear voices for about 30-45 seconds before they fall asleep?

Like, they're not really real, and you know they're not real, but they're also not your thoughts, just fragments of... something else? You can't hear them audibly, but they're in your head, these fragments of something that feels eerily real.

You know you're not crazy, because they're not talking to you and you know they're not really real, but at the same time, they're these strange fragments of conversations or descriptions that you know you haven't read or heard or seen before.

Right?

Yes! They feel really real. I could swear they are, but they come from inside (except this one that I heard once, which was one of my favourites). They're never the same voices, either. Sometimes they come from a certain direction, sometimes they don't. And I VERY rarely remember what they say.

You should be proud. And yes, when it rears its hideous head, The Mob can be quite brutal. Social behavior at times can be...tribal, almost primitive.

That is why I lurked around here for more than a month before joining, and even now I read much and post little. Call it self-preservation. I usually don't go hunting for trouble.

I usually observe trouble from a distance, but try not to get into it.

what srops us from breaking free and doing something completely new and interesting? What keeps us in our sad, boring routines?
