Look, I need a little help here. I wrote a novel with author proceeds going to prevent child abuse. (I'm a therapist in a children's mental health program.) I got a review from one of the top firms in the world that was glowing -- The Missouri Review (check it out); more blurbs from authors that will fit on a poster; and another great review by the most prominent scifi critic that speaks English.
But, these assholes who are into sword fantasy novels keep keep dissing me on sites without even reading Rarity from the Hollow. Please fight them by posting comments on science fiction site forums, groups, and anyplace else that you can post to support this project. It's a good cause. My novel is at
www.fatcatpress.com.
I think that are protecting a member of their group who has been published but unlikely to sell much in the future because his stuff is boring. Do you want to read more sword? I'm sorry if the guy is broke, but this one is for abused kids and his income is not a comparable matter. Maybe he can get a real job or write something different.
Anyway, thanks, Robert Eggleton
