Yeah, I heard it was a book, first. Who wrote it? Was it William Gibson? It seems like something he would write.

Philip K. Dick. He also wrote, "Do androids dream of electric sheep" which was made into Bladerunner. Another excellent adaptation of an awesome book.

Quite a few of his books have been made into movies, although, most of them dont do his books any justice whatsoever.

I'll have to look into his books. I liked Gibson's books (those that I read), and Scanner seems very similar, so I'd probably enjoy the book.

Thanks.

I think I kinda missed something in the movie. Maybe because I wasn't paying attention the whole time [I have a hard time concentrating on one thing for more than 10 seconds at a time]. Maybe I should just read the book.

Hummm, I always wondered if this would be a good movie or not when I saw the previews. I have yet to watch it. =\

It was so sad! The ending made me want to cry!
