Stoner Rock/Metal
I'm sure most of you've heard at least ONE stoner rock band -Black Sabbath. They were like the fathers of stoner rock, my friends. Just give a listen to "Sweet Leaf" and you'll see why. In all honesty, I've never smoked pot in my entire life, but I still love the holy living shyte out of stoner rock/metal. What are some of your favorite bands/songs by stoner rock bands?
My favorites:

Kyuss
Eyehategod

I love those bands and oh yes, I have smoked plenty of pot in my life. Kyuss are just awesome. Tony Iommi is a God.

With Glenn Hughes. Its called Fused. I love it. But I love anything Iommi. He just never got the credit he deserved.
He also has another album called "Iommi" released in 2000 (I think) and features Serj Tankian, Billy Corgan, etc on vocals and other instruments. As well as a 1996 album with Hughes called the DEP sessions.
This last one I have never heard though. I cannot seem to find it anywhere. =/

I'm a pretty big stoner rock fan. My favorites include:
Kyuss
Queens Of The Stone Age
Tool (Opiate is, in my opinion, a tech stoner album)
Alabama Thunderpussy
Melvins (more sludge than stoner, but whatever)
Electric Wizard
Acid King
High On Fire
Cactus (southern rock/proto-stoner)

I never went by what was considered "stoner" music. Only but what I consider good when stoned. My favorite is Switchblade Symphony.
