I'm Suzie! Talk to me, I'm nice!
1. What do you do? (Hobbies, job)
I'm on my high school dive team, and I also love to sing.
2. Where are you from?
North Carolina
3. Who is your favorite author?
Oo toughie! It changes all the time. I really like Libba Bray, she writes these gothic/fantasy/chick lit books... the first one was called "A Great and Terrible Beauty." It was a NY times bestseller, so you might have heard of it. Then she wrote Rebel Angels, and I think she's in the process or writing a third book to finish the trilogy off.
4. What are your favorite films?
I love the Lord of the Rings and Star Wars
5. What music do you want played at your wedding?
Yeah, by Usher
6. At your funeral?
Same
7. This IS a gothic website, so... how do you want to die?
Saving someone's life.
8. What kind of casket would you want?
Hmm.... glass... with no air in it... it'd be nice to be completely preserved, if that's possible.
9. What's your FAVORITE outfit?
Umm... my blue bikini with my white miniskirt and blue tank top over it, tennishoes and maybe a cowboy hat. Yeah I love heat.
10. What's one thing you miss about being a little kid?
No responsibilities.
11. What's your favorite band?
Kelly Clarkson, but she's not a band.
12. What kind of education do you have? What is/was/will be your major?
I'm in high school, and I haven't chosen my major yet.
13. Why did you join?
It looked like fun.
14. If the first 13 questions didn't give it away. What is your gender?
I'm a girl.

Obviously you're not gothic, but I think it interesting to see people on this site who aren't (and who don't try to be). Yes, this site is intended for the gothic subculture, but I don't see anything wrong with opening up to others. So, on that note, welcome to G.Net. As long as you don't cause trouble, you are welcome here in my opinion.
And yes, it is possible to preserve bodies for a very long time. There is a body of a little girl that has been preserved for hundreds of years, perfectly. I don't know where it is now, I just remember hearing of it.

Your casket reminded me of a book I read called Olympos.
A woman named Moira was preserved for hundreds of years in a vacuumed emtpy casket. It is possible.
Welcome.

A warm welcome to you!
P.s. I'm not goth either and have not been excessively flamed for it so I'm sure you'll be fine.

Yeah I think the Jessica Simpson avatar tells all... I suppose it doesn't makes sense why I would want to join. Maybe I'm attracted to different things. Maybe I just like to argue so I search for people with opposite opinions. Maybe I want to see if anyone's going to judge me because I'm not "gothic." I honestly don't know myself. I'm not a troublemaker, although I am very opinionated and I don't hesitate to share my thoughts. And then someone will get upset at me for it. And then they pull an attitude with me and do a snotty little sarcastic post. And then I do it back. And it turns into one big sarcasm battle. But other than that, nope. Not a troublemaker.

Good, you'd better make note of it! :P
I didn't learn too much about you, though. I look forward to speaking to you. ^^

Oo and if anyone wants to know what I look like, I replaced my wierd drunk looking user picture with another picture where I look a little bit more recognizable. But I still look goofy. For some reason I can't pose for a picture without frowning and crossing my arms, or pulling some big goofy grin.

Yeah, I don't identify as goth either.

Enjoy your stay
