Last movie I watched was a semi-old movie. It was the 40 year old virgin. It was funny.

The Passion of the Christ
Filthy, rotten, twisted, Christian propaganda.
Otherwise quite good.

She'll possess you. Then destroy you. She's death on wheels. She's...
Christine (1983, Directed by John Carpenter)
Arnie Cunningham is a typical high school nerd who is picked on, overruled by his parents, and has very few friends. Until he meets Christine, a run-down 1958 Plymouth Fury and buys her. Arnie learns that Christine has a thing for him and devotes his time to restoring her to Mint Condition. But overtime, Arnie begins to change and becomes disconnected with reality and his friends. Arnie's girlfriend Leigh and best friend Dennis find out that Christine's previous owner cared about nothing else when he bought her and find out that Arnie is becoming just like him. The only way they can bring Arnie back to reality is to destroy Christine, But Arnie and Christine are ready to destroy them first and any one else who gets in their way. IMDB

Eragon.
Meh, I was disapointed. I mean, it could have been so much better, but it just turned out to be a predictable, boring and unfinished movie.

Das Cabinet des Dr. Caligari
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Fantastic sets - warped and nightmarish.
Fantastic plot - creepy and satisfyingly dark to the bone.

The Big Sleep, with Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall. Good movie, just a tad hard to follow.

Beloved, with Oprah Winfrey and Thandie Newton. I want to watch it again to make sure I caught everything.

The last film I watched was something called Miss Sweden. It makes me laugh when I think of it. Basically she is outcast for non-conforming to the non-comformity of her friends, then finds her own identity and everything is is smoothed out by the end of the film.

Ack! Don't tell me that. I've been looking forward to it...
M_F, what did you think of Ed Wood?

I'd been looking forward to sitting in the front row and throwing pop-corn at the screen and shouting "The King Has Much To Answer For!" everytime Jeremey Irons appeared onscreen... Haven't gotten to do that yet.
Last film I watched: A Clockwork Orange.
Verdict: One of the most horrorshow films I'd ever viddied, my droogies!

I liked Ed Wood. I thought Martin Landau portrayed Bela Lugosi really well.

I watched the Lost Boys... I just love that movie. *sigh* the 80's.
Edgar Frog: Come on Sam, let's get out of here. Burn rubber!
[the car accelerates, almost driving over a cliff]
Edgar Frog: Christ!
Sam Emerson: Burn rubber does not mean warp speed!
Priceless...

"The Proposition"
proving that not only does Nick Cave write some great songs, but he can write a damned good script/screenplay as well.

Les Diaboliques
Very suspenseful and even a little creepy. Paul Meurisse is fantastically evil as the bastard husband from hell, even if Vera Clouzot's turn is a little stilted (I think the main reason she got the part is because she was banging the director.).
