My Metal Songs

Death on Black Wings
She cries out in the night
Grasping, cold creeps into her body
Corpse like
Her eyes blacken over

Death on black wings
Heralding the end of life
Raven taking flight
Forever on dead wind

The veings turn cold
Crimson red, to frozen blue
Black eyes, white flesh
The girl is dead

Death on black wings
Heralding the end of life
Raven taking flight
Forever on dead wind

Her soul comes to judgment
The gavel is raised
The case is plead
And the girl is made damned

Death on black wings
Heralding the end of life
Raven taking flight
Forever on dead wind

Staring from the door
Her vendor sees the corpse
Running away with fright
Her mouth is frothed over

Death on black wings
Heralding the end of life
Raven taking flight
Forever on dead wind

The raven has passed on
Exiled the soul is lost
The man has run
His pledge was forsaken

Nevermore upon dead wind
The Raven shall take wing.

yes and no, the Raven was an image I assigned to a person. He was called the Cusach Deoradh. The Hollow Exile.

Wow, that's a crappy song. I'll translate the first verse line by line:

Someone just died
She just died
She just died
Her corpse looks like a dead body
She's dead

The rest of the song is basically the same thing, except that there's a guy running somewhere in there.

Meh. The symbols aren't exactly subtle, nor are they original. There's a raven (which may or may not be Death, and which may or may not be a person named Cusach "The Hollow Exile" Deoradh) and a gavel (that represents judgement, obviously). A few body parts change color, too.

I'm not quite sure what I'm missing.

Maybe I might have possible added my own little meaning to it. Like the girl died and was judged in the afterlife, while the man runs away. So it might be like the man and the raven were like two in one. And it says the raven died and the man runs away.
I might be placing my own meaning ,which i have a habiat of doing.
