My fat cat knocked down the baby gate that barracades the kitchen, again!

The gate's in sorry condition and jerry-rigged to stay in place, but my daughter never makes it budge when she pulls on it!I've been feed my cat smaller portions in an effort to force some weight off of him, but I don't think he's lost any yet.It's only been a few weeks.

that was an interesting experience...
a rather nervous one...

Not to be a Nazi, but isn't it "nauseated"? I don't know- the difference between "nauseous" and "nauseated" is one I'm currently coping with. Just like the difference between "good" and "well". I think I've got the latter down, but the former... I keep getting it wrong, habitually. So I'm working on it.

And if this isn't random, I don't know what is.

I was eating an apple today. The apple was green and red, but it didn't taste like an apple at all. The apple tasted like celery. :? What the fuck? It really, REALLY tasted like celery.

I can't figure out how to shrink a picture I have to 500 pixels so I can't put it in the picture post. Is there an easy way?
