I don't actually "lock" my elbow, it's more of me fighting a delaying action by not actually trying to overpower my opponent. And if they're really strong, what I do is quite simple: Lose.

That arm wrestling break thing I've seen before. I seen something worse...
One day in wrestling, a kid broke a kid's arm in 3 places and dislocated his shoulder with the "switch" move. It was unreal.

You're getting there...but at 195, you should be pretty skinny...what are you doing to lose weight anyway?

Well a couple of years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes and I had to change my diet and become more active.
I’ve cut my carbs by half and walk 2 miles everyday. These days I’m averaging about one pound of weight loss a week I could lose more if I wanted to but I hate going to the gym and I find working out in general to be boring.

You need to find someone to work out with, and someone to push you. That's the best way to do it...have you tried that? And having diabetes is awful...but I believe they will have a cure soon.

Deal! Will there be ambulances ready to cart the youngsters away when they fail to keep up with us?
My name is whisper and I am addicted to boots. Especially stompy boots.
eternalcrimson - losing one pound a week is the right way to do it. Slow and steady weight loss is usually more permanent than a crash diet.

I once bought a bottle of gin that had a bowler hat shaped cap on it. It was called "Broker's." It was good gin. Mmmmm... bowler hats and gin....

Crimson, if you want to burn more calories through out the week, go to a club that plays music you like. I don't know what it is, but I average about 4 hours of stomping a week.
The bad thing about it is that it's all centralized in one night. But it's so worth it. It's way better than slaving away at a gym.

Actually I do something like that everyday. I put on my headphones as to not disturb the neighbors and I just move around and set myself free. I do this usually at least a hour a day if not more. I agree, it’s so much more better than going to a gym. 10 years ago I had a membership at a gym and the problem I had (beside the fact that I got bored) was the trainers nickeled and dimed me for everything. Then when I left the gym they sued me for incurring all of these charges that I never made. It was that moment when I decided I’ll never step back into a gym as long as I live.
I would like to go to a club the problem is there aren’t any close ones near by . Otheriwse it would be something I do at least once a week.
Thanks for the suggestion though .

A wonderous journey as always Miss Hazie!
You are so creative in your poses, and I love the backgrounds. They enhance the entire image.

Ooooo...
You are so pretty! I can't believe it! You look so effortlessly elegant. No fair. I love the dress for the China Doll. Where did you get it? Also...I'm getting my hair recut and was wondering; can you post some pictures of your hair from the front, the back, the side and the top? I may use it as a possible hair cut, though I am possibly going to go back to my close boy cut.
