OMG, Humane, not to sound all retarded and shit, but does your son know you're a goth?

I just kinda had this picture in my head about you trying to discourage your son about Hip Hop while wearing your gas masks. LoL!

If I ever have a kid, I hope to be as cool and eccentric as a parent as you are.

Oh there is NO DOUBT that he knows!
My daughter encourages me (she turned me on to The Showcase Theatre!), and even dyes her hair black now and then, or green or purple or whatever.

But yes, I am afraid there is something of a "cultural divide" in my family:
My wife and son like Hip-Hop, and my daughter and I like...darker things.

The neighbors all whisper and gossip about us, which is funny, because they are all conformist clones, and my family and I talk about them!

I don't particularly like hip-hop music but I like to dance to it. I've been dancing for about 3 years now.

Saying Nas will save rap is a little funny, being as he's the one who actually made rap what it is today. Before Nas, rap was all party music, then I believe Rakim came out, and created a new style, then Nas perfected it in 93 I think it was, so Nas created the new rap style that evolved into what it is today.

Oh boy, here we go: Rap.

OK, so Goth music isn't for everyone, but Rap artists kill each other, like a war. At least Goth musicians kill only themselves. Er...uh...OK that didn't come out right.

Again, only the rediculous onces. The Roots don't. Wu doesn't. Nas and Jay-Z beef with people, but they don't kill people over it. It's only the "look at mah coke, look at mah bitches" kind. The rappers that have something to say tend not to get in scraps.

I will admit it, I love rap/hip hop. Gangsta rap is just the bees knees.

I havn't heard that expression in years. I thought I was the only one still using it. It's the bee's knees. :-)
