Not exactly a movie per se, but for the past month I have been watching one or 2 episodes of Masters of Horror per night. We finished the last one yesterday, so I've seen all of season one and two.
Overall, I was pretty impressed. Of course, there were a few that were dumb as hell (The Washingtonians was particularly stupid), but that's to be expected.

I finally saw "Pan's Labrynth" and was pleasantly surprised at its depth. Everybody can probably relate to at least one fictional character; that girl is definitely the fictional me.

I really liked Pan's Labyrinth. Very cool merge between fantasy and reality. I have always wanted to go into the woods only to discover a dark secret world with creatures only contrived in your imagination.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film For Theatres...
Deep breath.
It was a laugh riot, I found. I am a huge fan of the show, so it definately kept me entertained. There are still parts of it etched in my memory, especially the opening featurette with the hard-rock snacks. Priceless!

Really? Hmm... I found much of the humor to be funny, but it seems like a lot to take in when you're used to the 13-14 minute episodes. In some places it kind of dragged, especially with the Plutonians.
That being said, this movie has some of the best quotes out of the entire series. I've got the ol' phone set to play the, "Show me how to get some pythons like Chief Wahoo McDaniel," quote every time someone leaves a message. Cracks me the hell up whenever I hear it.

Just seen Hellraiser Inferno. It was like having red hot nails hammered into my eyeballs. This is truly, with no reservations whatsoever, the worst film i have ever been subjected to.

The Hunger - brilliant of course, although it had trouble holding my attention at the end. What really sold it to me was the opening sequence featuring Bauhaus.
Behind the Mask - hilarious, and not as predictable as I'd thought it would be. I'd definitely recommend it to any fan of the Nightmare on Elm Street / Friday the 13th / Halloween movies, or anyone who wishes to laugh at them anyway.

Anticipated this since I saw previews in theatres. I got it on DVD today (its out tuesday I work at a video store) and I must say it exceeded what I had thought it'd be.
It's not a slasher horror which is fantastic, it has substance, a great story and amazing plot twists. Based off a Stephen King novel this movie is truly a gem amongst the movies being rolled out of Hollywood.
Without a doubt, I recommend this movie to everybody. It will scare children, it will keep horror fans entertained, and John Cusack brings a quirky bit of insanity to this beautiful film.
Easily the best Horror/Thriller you will see this year.

Where Eagles Dare with Richard Burton and Clint Eastwood. Easily one of the best WW2 films i've ever seen.
Gothic castels and Nazi's, it's like something out of Return to Castle Wolfenstein.
The Fearless Vampire Hunters: Pretty funny but not great. The main attraction of this film is that it was one of the last films Sharon Tate did before she was killed by Manson's followers.

Just watched Queen of the Damned for the first time.
I refused to watch it because I wanted to finish reading Lestat and Queen of the Damned (yeah, see I never read the Vampire chronicles because I was always into just the Mayfairs  )
the boyfriend made me watch it, claiming that nothing would be ruined.
it was okay. but I'm a bit disappointed. I feel like the books are a bit ruined, but I'll deal.

I watched The Libertine and Memoirs of a Geisha (yes, I read the book first). Both were excellent.
