After all I read here I think he should stay, it was a foolish idea to ban him in the first place. Trolls will always be there but still, what makes Bloopie so diffrent and annoying for everyone that you want to ban him? Some people want him to stay, others to go; what to do what to do.
He's smart, he pisses people off, that's the kind of person I would never ban or put on my ignore list. He gives a funny touch, or at least that's my opinion.

Let's be honest here for a brief moment.
I will elaborate upon this idea later...but seriously. Every forum needs a troll. There are NO trolls here, so I have to take up that role, naturally. Without someone to make fun of, how can you poor, miserable rejects make up for your existence? How else can you get a stiffy? Calling me a moron sure doesn't make it true, but you can sure fool yourselves into believing I am mentally impaired, and thus validating your existence (somehow).
So to be honest, I am needed. Without me, forums become boring. There is no life without conflict, and no story with conflict. You need opposing ideas, and I'm willing to fight on any front that is opposed to your ideas, so you can challenge your own thoughts. This leads to higher-thinking, and generally a more healthy self-schema. If you are never tested you will always be a fool.

Personally, i would rather have BLoopie as a troll opposed to ghettogoth69. He/She/It is insulting, unintelligent, and unamusing. At least Bloopie can make you laugh when he feels the need to be nice.
