I'm curious of whether he would have gone ahead and had his way with her if she'd still had a pulse and been breathing. I wonder if he would have been charged differently if it were proven that she didn't die until after he had sex with her. I assume he would be in trouble for not seeking medical help for her, but my main question is under the law, is it a worse crime to boink a dead body or to sexually violate an unconscious person who then dies for a reason that isn't entirely the rapist's fault? Would anyone have noticed if he had ***** her and then gotten help? If not, then there would be one more dangerous sex criminal walking the streets of Georgia than there is now. As it stands, a man who for all I know is only guilty disrespecting a corpse and the people that cared about the person it used to be is about to experience four years of hell inflicted in part by people who have done worse things to people that were still living when they did them.
