Yes, we did manage to get quite off-topic- it turned into a pretty stupid squabble over nothing really. So let's get back to the issue at hand, shall we?

Oh, back off, Deadhymn. Besides, Xnguela mentioned Anne Gwish first! I don't know that I've ever seen more than one Anne Gwish strip, guess I'll have to go dig out my JTHM book (which I have). You oughta get it, Xng! It's worth it! I also have the book of Squee.

Hmm, I don't have one at home but I may be able to do it at school. I can't promise anything for sure, as there's only one scanner in the entire school library, but it's a possibility.

Goth-a lifestyle choice (life story mine )
I appreciate the article, very much. Though there is another site that has a much more clear description and justification of goth.

I nearly agree with you in every way possible. I think we may have just grown tolerant of people. I for one do not care for the vampire subculture, but I understand that some people need more romanticism in their lives than others.
Strangely enough, the things I find that make me interesting and different are not what makes me goth. Being a pagan is not goth. Being bisexual is not goth. Being a poet, an illustrator, a story teller, and a person with a fashion sense is not goth. But people say that I am because most all of these things are dark from me, even in the most brilliant of color and light, I manage to make them horrifying to behold. What I feel makes me goth is that I can look at you and say, "I understand you and hold no animosity to your choices."
We are people who embrace our darker nature, not in a quest to make it a terrible thing to behold, but to make the darkness just as brilliant as the light that can shine forth.

Gohht...Guys, just because someone is a poet, you can't assume that they're not goth. I mean, such traits as art, writing, philosophy, and even bisexuality can be shared goth traits because it is a determination of the ideology. In specific there are also goth-minded or likewise people, though they are either a missed generation or not decided yet.

They can be "goth" traits, but think of all the people who have those traits that are not connected to the goth culture. The vast majority, I'll wager.

Goth traits can't be determined overall so, yes, it is a majority.
