Blonde Highlights

One DIY way I know is to use lemon juice, it works for my hair. People seem to think I have lightened it when all I use is about three lemons and soak my hair. I dont know much about others wondering what other people's methods are. I really like doing things at home and not paying money.
But Hydrogen Peroxide will only blacken your hair since it takes off the color that is there natural and not natural.

well yea it is blonde, but i like blonde. You cant define goth by looks, as others have said it's about the involvment, music, and scene. But yea looks do have a part too= being dark wearing makeup that makes you look more dark. Im not personally goth anyways, but im really into the goth scene and culture. I may be a goth sometime, but i cant right now because i am not familiar with any, and i dont have any goth places around where i live.

I don't understand what you are saying about Hydrogen Peroxide. It will lighten your hair. It's DEFINITELY not good to use on your hair though, and wouldn't work very well. I don't understand what you mean by it blackening your hair...

It takes the color off. It'll darken it because it rips the colors off of your hair. I read that someone said you could put it in your hair and it would help bleach hair...i also used lemon...but it did lighten it. I just happened to get some black because of the peroxide stuff I used.

Taking color out of your hair will NOT make it black.

This is what my hairdresser told me. She said I had dark roots from putting peroxide in it. Maybe she had no clue...i dont know...

hmm, maybe she meant that you had dark roots because you've been putting peroxide on your hair, which has grown out some, causing your ends to be light (because you've put peroxide on them), but your roots are dark because you haven't attempted to bleach them. Peroxide DEFINITELY bleaches the hair. It will also dry the heck out of your hair and damage it.

you mean regular store bought 3 Peroxide? I tried it on my hair...i am looking for a household product that will bleach my hair.
