I did say nearly. I don't like lumping MEN into a general category. It's unfair to the good men out there.

HIGH FIVE FOR VAGINAS AND PENISES
Alright I was joking.
Here is another thing. Because so many straight or just curious girls call themselves bi, lesbian girls seem to lose interest in bisexual girls because they expect them to be fake.

The only time I get upset is when these bi-sexual girls are hurting people with their 'experimenting.' I'm very open about my sexuality, I've known that I was a lesbian since I was about 7. So I've got no problem with telling people about my sexual preferences or talking to them about it. I've had many girls who have some questions about my relationships and how I 'knew' I wasn't straight. What I won't tolerate is the girls who hit on me and flirt with me, wanting me to pursue them so they can decide if they're really into that or not. It's just really selfish and hurtful in my opinion.

That's true. However how are the sepposed to know?

Ain't that the truth. Around here- most lesbians have actually gone so far as to say they "hate" bi-sexual women. I'm quite sure it's because here, most of the girls only act bi to get male attention, thus fucking up the playing field for the real bisexuals and lesbians. And also, with so much of this faking going on, they start to view the bisexual orientation as not a real one, but a made up one to get attention. I don't blame them for their anger regarding the matter. Hell- it miffs me too. But "hate"? That's such a strong word.

Yes I noticed that too. My friend straight up told me she doesn't date bisexual girls. But I think she meant it because they touched men and she hates men. However I think there is still that hint of assuming that bisexual girls are fake.

I don't hate bi-sexual girls, but they certainly frustrate me. And I'll be honest, if a girl says she's bi-sexual, I'm probably not going to pursue her, even if I was interested before. It's not fair to them, but it's just become an immediate thing, I'm suspicious of them and none too willing to try and play games with them.

Can you explain this, please?

She means it's a conscious decision and that you weren't born that way.

I know. I was hoping it was a typo, and was giving her the chance to explain herself.
If it's not a typo, this entire thread is hypocritical bullshit.

Eh.
I'm Bi Curious, I suppose, because I know I'm attracted to guys, I just have never actually done anything with guys. If I wasn't dating someone right now, I'd see no reason not to try anything.
I think more and more people are becoming bisexual, not because it's cool, but because it's probably natural. We already know that many animals in the world have homosexuality in their genes: Penguins are a good example of this.
Since homosexuality has rather been oppressed over the years (Christianity, Judaism, and Islam in their political forms all had a great hand in this), it's not unreasonable to assume that certain natural, behaviors would return over time (Polyamarous, Homosexuality and Bisexuality, etc.)

I try not to think too hard on my sexual orientation. It gives me a bit of a headache.
All I know is that sometimes that naughty part of my brain goes "ooooooh......they're cute...let's go flirt!"
Other than that....I just don't label it.

There are something like two or three animals besides humans that actually have sex for pleasure; animals can't be homosexual. You're just gay.

In fact I used to be homophobic so if anything bi-sexuality chose me.

Sexual attraction to the same gender is the definition of homosexuality.
Many species don't have the cognitive abilities for sex for pleasure either.
(I.E. A person whose sexual orientation is toward members of the same gender.

We all know what homosexual means, unless you were making a point.

My point was:
Animals that have sex for pleasure, which is based in some form of attraction, are by extension, homosexual.

Yeah well I sort of find that true for all porn really. The thing about sex is I like it to be about more than just a physical embrace but an actual commitment. Otherwise pretty much sex is all just the same old song and dance. Shower, all the positions, the different types yadda yadda yadda it's just a physical desire that is unfullfilling when you treat it this way. It's better when you enjoy the pleasure you are bringing to the other person whom you love and care about. I do believe that Bisexuality is more than mere myth when it is for the right reasons like that. But when it is simply a way to reduce the pressure created by horomones, then we are truely no better than animals. Especialy the fools who go around talking about how they banged this chick or talking about the physical characteristics on somone else.

It has become a trend recently and people are starting to call themselves bisexual just to attract attention. People should stay true to themselves, and not call themselves a sexual preference in which they do not belong in. Straight people should admit they are straight, bisexuals should admit it, as well as homosexuals.

Pop down into a ghetto and it might be more than embarrassing.
Forgive the stereotype; I just notice a great deal of homophobia among the "I'm so ghetto" crowd. Even if bisexuality for women is becoming more acceptable among shallow guys, I've noticed that the "ghetto" community seems to have a much lower level of acceptance for it.
What really pisses me off is how hardly any of them can explain what their problem with it actually is. It's as if they've just been conditioned not to like it, no logic included in the package.

I know what you mean. My mother isn't ghetto but she is the same way. Actually she still believes homosexuality is a mental illness.

I live in the “Ghetto” And I’m not exactly “out of the closet”. I don’t shout that I’m Bi-sexual (my friends know) usually if someone asks me I tell the truth.
Usually the guys around here don’t really care abut my sexual preference. Some of the girls tell me to get away from them apparently they think because I like girls I automatically want them. Since I am A girl I have it pretty easy.
If you’re a homosexual male then its a different story the teenagers are generally more accepting then the adults. But its not as accepted here as in other places. If you go into the mall your will most definitely see a few homosexual couples. Its only the ass holes who start trouble. But if you are going to come out of the closet and you live here you should know how to fight because people will try to fight you over it.
As for the Bi-sexual fad thing. I really dont care what other people call themselfs as long as they leave me alone.
