Also, for those who don't know - Yahoo and Microsoft have now joined their IM services - so if you have the newest version of either Yahoo! Messenger, or Windows Live Messenger you can add people from the other service and they work just fine.
Saying that I STILL have a dozen people on me list who for some reason will not upgrade from a 2 year old version of their current IM client so I can IM them... :P
