Pudding is a classic and will never be outdated...unless it sits in the cupboard for far too long. I'm in Alberta.

the worst city in Alberta...Deadmonton. Its just such a grey, industrial city, and an over abundance of rednecks and asshats.

Deadmonton. That sounds a tad depressing.

Haha, yeah-its pretty bad...one of those places that the people and the city itself makes it what it is. Masculism drips from the walls here.

Yeah but you guys have New City Suburbs and a bit larger scene than Calgary. I go up there every once in a while. I'll probably drive up to see Combichrist again in August.

I havent really checked out the scene in Calgary yet, New City is New City...haha, its in the worst possible location with thugs and junkies so I dont make it down there all too often. I didnt even know Combichrist was coming...I just moved out and got a place, so Ive really been under a rock latley getting settled.

Once you have checked out the scene in Calgary, you will understand where I am coming from heh. New City caters more to what I like. The Warehouse is just... the occasional good song here or there.

Combichrist will be playing in Calgary as well, but I figure it will be fun to hit up both shows.

Wow, must be a hell of a life living in a place called Deadmonton. Sweet. I used to live in Toronto, that's all I remember from Canada. Anyway, welcome. As for Pistachio Pudding, I've got a friend who's addicted (literally ADDICTED) to Pistachio, all forms. She even uses pistachio butter instead of peanut butter. I've never tried Pistachio... Pudding, Still, Overcaffeinated Coffee Pudding () would work better on me.

As for the HFS treatment, you don't deserve it.

Calgary is more conservative than Edmonton, in my opinion. We have few stores to shop at and the ones we do have are marked up in price, then again, so is Sanctuary.

Yeah, they are very overpriced...i tend to find the joys of the whole D.I.Y ethic more enjoyed, with the way every aspect of any (counter) culture is becoming an over-priced marketing gimmick...i sew, I knit, I screen, Ive even made had to make a "temporary" light table out of an old desk lamp, a glass pyrex baking dish and books stacked to adjust the height. It just means more when you put your all into it.

I suck at sewing. I'd really like to learn. It's next to impossible to find clothes that fit the way I want them to fit. The only DIY stuff I do is make hair stuff. I tried to knit a scarf once. I didn't get very far hehe.
