Talking Moving House

It's been a wee while since I've posted owt so thought I may as well share my news. I'm moving house in the next few weeks.

I forgot how much of a nightmare moving house was since its been 5 years since I moved from London to my home city of Hull. Spent all of this week just decorating on my own, was hoping my girlfriend would join me thus it'd be more fun!

Looking forwards to moving and I've finally bought a bed I can actually sleep in since it's 7 ft long and about 5 ft wide I normally sleep diagonally in my current bed since my partner is considerably smaller than me

Truly looking forwards to it since we'd have a nice house which we're renting off family then eventually buying...if I can find a job very soon, since I'm bored stiff in general but that's life.

Hmm, wonder if anyone has a story or two about their moving house.

If anything, moving from London to Hull brought me and my stepdad closer and we get on very well these days, you'd have not thought it'd happen looking back 15 yrs ago.

I remember the last time I moved, it was aweful! *so many boxes* It took me about a month just to pack up all the stuff in my bedroom let alone the whole house....and when it came time to unpack the moving vans (yes vanS plural there where four of them!) all three of my cousins, my parents, four siblings and about nine of my closest friends had to help. Unfortunetly for me they refused to help me set everything up inside the house. That little experience was two years ago and I still haven't gotten rid of those evil boxes! Seriously, they're in the attic waiting for me to move again.
