Red Lips Alert Heeeelp
Ok so I always look for the redest lipstick I can find and well I found a pretty damn bright shade but I just think I can go better.
I need a not too expensive brand and shade (if you can remember) that's really really FIRE RED bright.
Something like this is really nice.

Tangee
NARS Jungle Red or Red Lizard
Revlon Fire & Ice, Love That Red or Certainly Red
Besame Red Hot Red
Max Factor Flame or Rouge Love this stuff it has staying power!
Best red I ever got was from one of those make up gift sets that come out at Christmas at Walgreens. My Pop gave it to me because he knows I am such a make-up whore.

Maybelline.
I don't know the other name for it ( like moisture soak ect ) but the lipstick has a metallic red case and the shade is called Rouge passion/Passion red. I'm wearing it in this picture
]
I do have a touch of dark purple under it there, so the colour is actually brighter if applied on it's own. I just like to deepen it slightly

Avon makes good lipstick.
So does Revlon. Try your local drug store, supermarket, shopping mall, makeup store, salon, or the internet.

I'm a little late, but Rimmel has a lovely shade called "Red Hot."
I simply adore it, and it's excellent for the pale.

It's not brighter, but MAC's "Diva" is a crazy deep blood red- It stays on when I dance and looks good on almost everyone.

I've got a Revlon lipstick that is beautiful, I shall find the name of the shade later.
You also should check out Urban Decay cosmetics and Avon.

G.C. are you in Canada? For some reason I think your in Canada.
Rad Cosmetics. The is a Red slim lipstick that is brIIIIIIIght red. At least on my monitor anyway. They sell at drugstores in Canada. Quality products at an economical price is what it says.
I went to the Revlon site again. How did I miss these?!
Crushed Velvet Lip Creme in Crimson Corset
Just Bitten Lip Stain in Blood Orange
I think they run about $7.50 to $10.00 USD. It's been awhile since I have bought Revlon but I think I need to remedy that.

I know this is a bit late but I just happened to be browsing the old threads looking for something and I came across this one. Anyways my favorite red is Target Red by Revlon (soled only at Target stores) it is a bright true red (not the smallest tint of pink or orange)

Wish I could help you, Miss Crow. I usually use eyeliner for lips, so meh. I fail with the red. I wore it once though. It was interesting.

I use Guerlin. The colors are wonderful and stay on for long especially the dark colors and the reds.
