Sorry, I am too busy ranting about my daughter sneaking booze into the house to advise anyone.
Damn.

What age is she, Humane, and why was she sneaking it in?
Kids who occasionally have a drink with the parents are much less likely to sneak booze in or go and get trashed under age. Look at how most of Europe fares, with the alcohol friendly policies, in comparison to the USA's 21-or-nothing policies.
I've been having a glass of red wine with Sunday dinner since I was about fourteen. I'm not an alcoholic, I drink very responsibly, and I can handle my drink quite well. Compare this with kids who've had it banned from the house and been refused near it all their lives, and you'll see that teaching a child about drinking is much better for it than refusing to let it try anything.

Well, I forgot EVERYTHING today, for my first day back. I forgot my sketchbook, which is my soul, and I feel empty without it. I forgot my book and I forgot my gym clothes. My legs are screaming from the exercises required for not dressing out. And my box didn't get here yet. It's been a bad day.

She is 21. We did allow her to try drinking when she turned 21, but she becomes belligerent when drunk, so she is not allowed any alcohol. Usually when she drinks, the police become involved. She has done very well since Halloween at not drinking. Her first slip in 2 months.

Oh dear....
That is a pity, as it sounds like you've tried to be very helpful, and more enlightened about the situation than most. The 'no alcohol in the house' rule really doesn't seem so bad, I don't see why she'd feel the need to smuggle something in. If she's living with you, given that she's an adult legally old enough to live on her own, then she should respect your rules just as she'd have to respect any no-smoking or no-pets rules given by a landlord.

That sucks Korinna I really hope you feel better soon. I'm in a bit of the same with my job and life now, but not as bad as you. Still, I need advice about what to do with my band, please. Its a few posts above this.

Well, if Justin had a bass, I am willing to bet he would play for you..
But.. I doubt we could afford to do that, and we are both already in a band with Vyvian..

That would be cool. I guess I'll play bass on the track as well as sing and play guitar. Wait I could get Nicole to play my bass! (I own as bass btw). When it comes time to tour both of our bands can tour together, a bit clashingon the music though. Yes, I'll ask Nicole to play bass! (I bet you want to know who she is.)

I just found out that my friend Jenny ran away. Again. This time, even her boyfriend doesn't know where she is.
FUCK IT ALL.
Could things get any worse?!?!?!

Yes, but I won't go there. Hey, I'm here for support, if you need any. I hope you're there when I ever need it. Do want to talk about anything?

I've been away from my friends and boyfriend for a week. I got back today and my boy, his best friend, and his best friend's girlfriend and I were supposed to see a movie together. I come home to my lovely bay area to find it flooded, riddled with power outages (I couldn't reach my boy cuz his phone was down), and my house invaded by the bitch who'd made my vacation hell. (Well, excuse me if I don't appreciate people yelling out homophobic slurs, even if it WAS a football game!) Top that off, my period has yet to arrive this month and I am praying to the goddess that it's just stress from finals, friends, and family putting it off and not something else!

All I want is my corset...Is that too hard to ask? I didn't get to order it until a week ago, and it's still not here. Yes, I know, I'm impatient. But I hate the mail. I wouldn't be surprised if it got delivered to the residence of some stupid spooky kid who's now wearing it completely wrong.

Why can't the US get proper Universal Health Care? They're the only country in the Western World that doesn't have it! I feel bad for you guys...

I have one hell of a tummyache.
My ginger-peppermint tea isn't helping much, either.
And I still have my sinus infection.
I am so fucking sick..

I'm cutting a wisdom tooth.
Unless it becomes problematic though, it's NOT coming out. I hate it when doctors do "routine procedures"..

I cut my first wisdom tooth last year, and I hated it.
Now I am cutting two at the same time.

Hope you feel better Korinna! I just injured myself at work yesterday. More stuff to add to the list I suppose. Busted open my knuckle. Didn't hurt though.

Damn. My sword needs to get fixed before Wednesday, so now I have to drive out a R100's worth of gas to buy a crappy R20 wire? And this morning my car made a funny sound. Go figure.
