Do you have a picture of your face!?
Then it'll be easier to tell what suits you, generally...if your face is long, don't have a hairstyle with alot on top, it makes your face look longer...and if your face is wide, don't get a hairstyle with alot at the sides...as it will only make your face look wider.

You're allowed to post links, but not to all sites. Use www.imageshack.us for example.

Well, you could have your hair long, sleek without layers, coupled with a fringe...
like this: http://a931.ac-images.myspacecdn.com...56279930_l.jpg
or This: http://z.about.com/d/worldfilm/1/0/b/W/bettiepage3.jpg
Or you could buy a clip in fringe to jazz it up when you feel like, I know this girl does great stuff, really quickly and good quality: http://www.angelemma.com/
You could even do it with some choppy layers, so you can backcomb it all cool and big XD!
You could add some colours, I'd go for slices of colour, not streaks, streaks are overdone I think, plus slices of colour look great in longer layers underneath shorter layers. Even if your hair is too dark to bleach, you can have extensions installed.
This site is awesome for ideas, especially if you want to try out synthetic dreads and such like: http://www.angrycaninelovestick.org/
The possibilities are endless, it all depends on what you like personally !

if imageshack isn't working you could just use photobucket.
Anyway about your hair: Are you looking for advice about a new cut/style or are you looking for pieces to put in to give you a new style?

well, my hair is currently long, but when the blonde's off, it'll be at about... A little longer than shoulder length. I was just looking for something without bleaching because my dad won't let me bleach for a while.
Maybe I could have my hair layered in th back and sides, and as for my bangs... well, i trim them every once in a while because they're always on my face, but I guess I could have them cut so that they kinda sideswipe on my forehead...
I just need some haircut and/or styling ideas.
Mostly styling, because my hair will be kinda shorter than it is now.I'm not really used tot hat.

Well, if you have layers, that will make for good backcombing ^_^! Especially if they're choppy.
hair magazines have some wierd arse hairstyles in them at times. I was looking through some in my salon and was just pretty astounded as those magazines are usually very mainstream but they've given me a ton of ideas.

Well as I don't know what any of you would like exactly, here's a few suggestions:
One (Maybe black or brown)
Two
Three
Four
Five
Six
Seven
Eight
Etc. etc. etc.
And with the last four you've the added advantage of being able to take them out and put them back in. Handy if you're a pencil pusher by day.
