Smile Paradise Lost

Ever since I first heard 'Draconian Times, One Second & Icon seven or eight years ago I've been a huge fan ever since, and I think the new album 'In Requiem' is very very good in places but not so good in others but its still a solid enough album but no way near as good as Draconian Times which they will never top. I also think that Draconian Times was one the first true gothic metal albums along with Bloody Kisses by Type O Negative & Wildhoney by Tiamat. So are their any other fans of this band here?

There are a few albums before Draconian Times that already created this music style. Gothic, Shades of God and Icon. In 1994 I saw them live for the first time, they just released Icon. I will remember that concert always: dark lights, black background, black equipment, I could hardly saw them on stage. And the music was coming to us like a storm.
After 11 years, they made another masterpiece, Paradise Lost album, and I saw them again live. Something changed, now they have a lot of colors but the music is the same. I think Paradise Lost (the album) is near Draconian Times and Icon. The last one is a combination of them with modern synth sound but something is missing in the feeling. But it's a high conception masterpiece.
