I have to agree, that there is no one set personality for goth. How dull would that be?

Same here. "The world exists primarily to be understood" really blew me away. That's me in a nutshell. (insert Austin Powers joke here)

I've gotten the same thing for years.
According to this I'm compatible with an ENFP or an ENTP.

INFP. I seem to be the average for this site. I look at the "Questor" description, and I don't really see it being me... but then I look at the adjectives that describe it, and it suits me exactly. I don't know if there's an adjective in there that doesn't suit me more than its opposite. The favoured/disfavoured careers are pretty damn acurate too.
Also, did anyone get as extreme a ratio for I:E as I did?
Introverted (I) 75% Extroverted (E) 25%
Your type is: INFP
Accuracy:
INFP - "Questor". High capacity for caring. Emotional face to the world. High sense of honor derived from internal values. 4.4% of total population.

Greetings all,
It seems that DarkWinter is the other other one to get the result I got: ENTJ - Field Marshall.
Some of the characteristics:
Decisive, fearless, planner, thrill seeker, social, self centered, comfortable around others, image conscious, adventurous, outgoing, manipulative, emotionally stable, leader, ambitious, hard working, dominant, prepared, hates to be bored, confident, opinionated, analytical, prepares for worst case scenarios, organized, clean, driven, resourceful, finishes most things they start, achieving, risk taker, desires fame/acclaim, image focused, arrogant, perfectionist, academic, scientific, critical, avoids giving in to others, skeptical
Amongst the favored careers:
Government employee, bounty hunter, international relations specialist, entertainment lawyer, foreign service officer, strategist, project manager, cia agent, marketing manager, geneticist, private investigator, professor, fbi agent.
Amongst the disfavored careers:
Bookstore owner, job in the performing arts, poet, photographer, child psychologist, massage therapist.
Interesting. Apparently I would be great at hunting people down but not so thrilled with owning a bookstore. That is a shame, I love books.
Thinking about a life as a non-retarded "Dog the Bounty Hunter,"
Matt

Updated information. The commonalities are really becoming apparent now.
I : = 46 : 14 : = E
N : = 49 : 11 : = S
F : = 31 : 29 : = T
P : = 40 : 20 : = J
The most common trait - the definitive, you could say, is N (iNtuition), followed by I (Introversion)
The least common trait is S (Sensing)
The average and most occuring type is INFP; the least average type is ESTJ, and the least occuring
types are ESTJ and ENTJ
F and T (Feeling and Thinking) are about equal, and possibly irrelevant
15 INFP's
10 INTP's
8 ENFP's
8 INTJ's
4 INFJ's
3 ENTP's
2 ISFP's
2 ISTP's
2 ISFJ's
2 ISTJ's
2 ESFJ
1 ENTJ
1 ESTJ
