Dragonball Z!
I just watched the entire Saiyan and Frieza saga of DBZ. It was so amazingly full of childhood nostalgia (it used to be my favorite show) and repetitive storylines. Anyone else a fan/was one?

This show was very good indeed. I haven`t watched it in a while, though, but I want to someday. My favorite character was Cell.

I watched it for a while, but I got tired of them fighting off a super-strong villain and getting their shirts ripped off while reporters panicked on the sidelines.
I also got tired of them using a two-frame sequence for up to 30 seconds.
I stopped watching after the people had so much muscles their limbs looked like strings of sausage.

I'm a sucker for Dragonball Z and Dragonball GT.
I cried when I saw the end of it all in a Dragonball GT marathon.

The end was so depressing! More of a "Wow it's over" kind of thing though. I also liked Dragonball. Lil' Goku was just adorable.

Oh my GOD This was my childhood. DBZ was the bonafide shit. I still believe that they can kill ANYONE in the superhero universe. XD Eventually they'd be like super saiyan 9 and kill everyone by blinking XD.

I liked it. I prefer Dragonball over Z and GT though.
Dragonball had more personality.

There was something in Z that I found lacking in GT and Dragonball; perhaps it was character depth. Then again, I really didn't watch enough of GT to be a judge. I always identified with Vegeta; everybody saw it as weakness when he revealed how Frieza destroyed his life; I saw it as an alien becoming human. If art imitates life, then it was a sign that one can be more than he or she appears to be.

In order, my favorites are definitely Z, Dragonball, then GT. By the time GT came around, everyone had gotten so powerful it was almost ridiculous, but at least it still kept somewhat of a storyline and showing the next generation of all of the characters really added to it.
I still have my folder filled with really bad fanart. I'm so glad I've gotten better at drawing since then x.x
