I got some plain jeans. Cheap, blue, boot cut jeans. I am so damn tired of them! How can I fancy them up? I was thinking of maybe putting some kind of a web design on the one thigh, but I don't know where to begin. Thanks a bunches.

Oh! Also, what do y'all think of skinny jeans? Yea or nay? I think you need to be careful with them...you can easily look too emo with them. That's why I only wear my skinnys around the house, lol.

Also, where can I find a good pair of black pants? Not the average pleated-tapered-your-father's-suit-black-pants *vomits quietly thinking of it* but some real black pants.

Take those blue jeans and rid dye the fuck out of them to make them black. THEN, get some white panty hose, distress and shred them up and wear them over one leg. It appears to look like cobwebs almost depending on the color you use.

I've been thinking about doing that. I dunno if I will or not though.

Skinny pants are easier to tuck into ass-kicking boots. I'm a fan. For the jeans, I'd tackle them with some fabric paint, bleach, and shred the hell out of the rest. Shredded jeans look good with interesting tights underneath, IMO. Or you could go a different route and put slits up the sides, lace those up, sew some lace on, attach other bits of fabric, ect. The possibilities are limited only to your creativity. Black pants...you can find those pretty much anywhere? I have a nice pair of plain dickies I got at K-Mart.

You could get those metal whatever you call them that people usually have on studded belts and attack them along the sides or something.

sorry about the black pants questions, lol. It just seems like that every store I go to all I can find are those 'dad' pants that are so gross looking.

About my jeans, I am going to punk little holes in the in random places and lace them up like a boots where ever I feel like it. I am going to put the knot on the inside so they are sleeker looking and don't have a big ol knot from the laces hanging there.
