hey, it makes them feel better about themselves (no offence to anyone whos into black metal) but hey it just makes them feel good, and really does it matter who wears what?

Can you really blame them for wanting to dress like us? Nothing we can really do to stop them. As long as they don't claim black metal is goth rock it's fine.

Most black metal bands I've seen wear corpse paint and gauntlets/armor with lots of spikes and studs. I don't consider that goth, but if there are black metal bands dressing goth I'd be interested in seeing pictures.

I'm a BM fan, and I can't remember seeing band members dressed in anything that could be particularly shoehorned in the Goth Sphere of things......and when they're not in stage gear they seem to dress rather simply.

I'd say theres probably some miunderstanding on the part of the original poster
