Shill Post your website announcements here. Anything that is blatantly SPAM (nigerian schemes, make money fast, etc) will be deleted. Actually, we'd probably keep the nigerian schemes around to make fun of it. |

Vampire Pumpkins and Melons - Humorous Romanian Folk Lore
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vampire_watermelon
That made me giggle. Apparently pumpkins and melons could become vampires according to the gypsies, and rolled around and growled to pester the living.
Read it for a quick laugh. xD

I don't know, but I think I'd be scared if my Pumpkins began to shake and growl "brrrl, brrrl, brrrl" at me.

Yep I've read up on the origins of vampire lore, the original vampires were plump and hairy, which is for me not the ideal kind of vampire.

Why would an eye of Horus avatar, which, if it revealed anything about the religious beliefs of the individual with such an avatar, would suggest some belief in the Egyptian pantheon, indicate wiccanism?

Huh. This came up in one of my classes like last week. Strange... Usually whole months go by and I don't hear anything about vampire watermelons.
