Yes. She's my sister. Allow me to clarify: We hardly talk. I hardly ever watch TV and when I do, it's not MTV. I don't even know what the show is called. :-/

I know both Kynt and Vyxsin, from the goth events in Louisville which I have attended. I have to say, it's pretty impossible to call Kynt a "poseur". He has been active in the goth scene for many years, even traveling to convetions such as Convergence. also, at one of our local bars three years ago, Kynt was brutally attacked by 3 men (who thought he was a "goth fag")....Kynt was hospitalized after that and underwent some facial reconstructive surgery, i remember it well because i visited Kynt in the hospital alongside Reverend Spook. Kynt has to have his crushed left orbital bone completely reconstructed.
the DAY he got out of the hospital, he was back to promoting goth in louisville.
so Kontan and the others, you can keep your harsh words to yourself. because Kynt is the real deal.
he's on TV, so what? he is making POSITIVE changes in the media's protrayal of goth, and blazing a trail which will hopefully end such "hate attacks" in the future.
The Amazing Race is not "junk reality" like the Real World of Flavor Flav. It is a RACE around the world.

What? You think I don't respect the man? The only reason I ever said anything even remotely negative at all, which I highly doubt I have is because I simply feel that it's somewhat of a bad thing to have the public try to pigeon hole everyone again. Gah. Nevermind. Call me a hater, but I'm of the mind that I don't need anyone to represent me. I represent myself quite well I think. More power to him and Vixsyn though. As I've said before, if there HAS to be a new steriotype of goth, I'd rather it be those two instead of a bunch of angry ass kids shooting up their schools.
