What if I said I am my alter ego? It all depends on hormonal fluctuations and what my bipolar-ness decides to be that day. Judging by "normal" behavior, my alter ego would probably be a deathrocker with a pink mohawk or a grunge singer holding a joint. I can't pull off a mohawk and I don't do drugs.

My alter-ego is probably some stuffy grammarian with horn-rimmed glasses, who wears a black shawl and spends their days typing and typing on their typewriter up in a musty attic, in a vain attempt to become published, though to no avail.

Okay, now that I've satisfied my inner grammar-nazi . . I think my alter ego would genuinely be Goth as Fuck. I'm in love with the goth subculture but don't have the means to truly immerse myself in it. She would spend every penny she earned on the all the clothes I have bookmarked under "Shopping" on my laptop. Goth boys would follow her around, drooling. She would get black roses for Valentine's Day, be asked out to the Graveyard at midnight on Hallowe'en for a first date . . .
Okay, sorry. I just can't do this. My fingers wouldn't cooperate, I was laughing so hard. I've had "Black No.1" by Type O-Negative in my head, and needed an outlet.
Seriously, though, my alter-ego would definitely be decked out in all the threads I long for, but cannot afford. I'm hopelessly shallow that way.
