Interesting. I'm also really impressed by this pre-teen girl's display of incredible stamina, what with the standing up in spite of a broken arm and attacking you with a baseball.
Anyway, you didn't answer my question.
If you SLAMMED A GIRL'S HEAD INTO A BRICK WALL, how did the lawsuit work out? Why didn't you go to juvie for assault?

Trust me, I had stamina. As for assault, because she attacked me. Something about me stealing her lip gloss which I most certainly did NOT do. It was pink, and I don't do pink. The girl never told on me, and neither did her friend. Those two were the only witnesses, and they were already problem students at my school.

It's still assault if she attacked you and you attacked back.
So you, and someone who's supposed to be the girl's friend, just left her unconcious body lying where it fell? Who made sure she got to a safe place? She probably suffered a concussion, no one called an ambulance? Where did this all happen?

Just one actual fight. A friend and I (and several other people) were getting drunk, and he decides that he wants to fight someone. So I say "I'll fight you." We finish our beers, remove our jewlery, go outside, beat the fuck out of each other, then went back inside for more beer.
Good times.

There's this guy at my school who takes pleasure at shouting abuse at me when he's on the other side of the school and in a group, and when he walks past me by himself he looks at his shoes and looks nervous. If he says anything to me when I'm close enough, I'll just do my normal negotiation procedure. Grab his throat, ram him into a wall, and tell him to play nice.

I have never been in an actual fight, but I did manage to " remove " one of my school bullies, by smacking him round the face ( when I was about 14 ) .
He was very close behind me saying the most obscene things, and poking the back of my legs with a sharp stick. Eventually I lost my rag and swung round. I didn't have time to form a fist for a punch because of his proximity, so I just ended up clawing him across the cheek. He never said a word to me ever again after that. Even when the rest of the group started, he would just not say anything. I left him a nice scar I can tell you. One of the happiest days of my life that was.

Also, I hate that shit...as soon as I mention I'm a pacifist to someone, they think they are so clever and reasonable when they say "well, what if so and so did this and so and so happened?" Jesus, if it REALLY comes down to it and I MUST defend myself with violence I will...but their is a slim to none chance of that happening so shut the fuck up.

I'm a pacifist, too. I always say I will never hit back, yet toaday when my 'father' hit my little brother I ran at that f*cker with a knife and the intention to kill. Luckily, my mother stepped in the way. If not...Needless to say, I'd be in jail.
