Yeah. The generous chunks of chocolate and the cherries and stuff! I've been into mint chocolate chip lately but could give the old Cherry Garcia a whirl in the near. Hey. I fence - the epee weighs close to a Kilogram, which doesn't sound like much but you basically hold the thing only with your thumb and index finger - for close to an hour. I haven't held it in nearly a month so now my arm is once again unacustomed to the strain. It'll probably take me a month just to get halfway back on track

Cool on both counts. Yeah, I have seen how the epee is held, at arms length. Can imagine the effect. I was getting into some very long walks especially over the summer, and losing some weight. Now this week I have been pushing the envelope quite a bit again and have been somewhat sore. Felt like I'd crossed a vast desert by the time I shambled home today.
Well, I distinctly heard a coat hanger fall in my closet which woke me, kooky as that might sound. I am hoping to get some sleep. Wish me luck! :^)
