Thanks but hey, whoa...it's not like that...at least not on my end. I just felt bad that she might have her bday alone because everyone will be out of town (July 5th) so it's just a night (or day) out. If she has alternate plans, they have not been released to me.
Let's just say I am not buying any "raincoats" this week. ^_^

Awe thanks TStone.
Road House is a cinematic masterpiece. It's bad, but it's...I dunno it's fun to watch. It's okay, as a man, to admit you enjoy watching that.
But yeah, Kevin Costner, after Dances With Wolves, and his addiction to 3 hour movies, sucks. 'Cept On The Range(?) that was good.

congrats, Ice!
And have fun Al, whatever the day/night may bring. I second Tstone's advice. Always be prepared.
As for my day?
I have learned that faux corsets that zip up in the front are not your friend if you have your nipples pierced.
And that my bank likes to yell at me for not putting money in my account.

congrats, ice - but seriously, you're MVP here every day. your job doesn't show enough appreciation.
and panther - sorry about the nips. i'd ask to massage them for you, therapeutically of course, but i don't know how old you are.

And today I learned that I shoudl never, ever, take sudafed on a day I have to work, even if my head explodes from the sinus pressure.
I don't need illegal drugs, man, that shit knocked me out, and I was loopy for hours afterward.

Well, I guess there is something erotic about him.......

What happened to me today? Besides learning about the July 7th tragedy through today's edition of the S.F. Chronicle, while I stepped on this computer to check my e-mail, the big tree in the backyard of my co-op house fell. With a huge thud. Me & my housemates from different floors rushed out to the 2nd floor back patio to see the fallen tree. It landed on top of the hot tub, an electrical outlet, the neighbour's fence & some lawn furniture in our yard's 1st floor back patio. Peta [1 of my housemates] whipped out her camera & took pics of the fallen tree. Kenji [other housemate] is contacting a tree removal company to send some dudes to remove the fallen tree, piece by sawed-off piece. The tree's inner trunk was rotten, termite-devoured, thereby causing it to fall unexpectedly. I'm not going to forget this anytime soon.

heh I would imagine not. Hope it didn't do too much damage.
Today, I went to my Politics class in summer school (I have no real reason to take summer school; I've already graduated and the university I'm going to doesn't give scholarships). We had a test in class at the end of the day. Then I went to the mall to meet my friend so we could go to the market downtown, but she didn't show up and now I don't know whether to be angry at her, me, or worried that something happened to her.

Gee, what did I do today?
Writhed in agonizing pain for the umpteenth fucking day, attempting to make up new swear words to call these worthless friggin doctors who CANNOT seem to figure out what the FUCK is wrong with me...
(*&*(@&*(&@(#@*#&(&#(*@& !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have had just about all I can fucking take, I would rather endure my last three operations ( Hysterectomy INCLUDED ) than continue to hurt this fucking bad..
If that tells you anything...
OMFG...
And my poor friend is still here from Texas, taking care of my crippled ass..
Manimal is about to start blowing shit up if they don't fucking do something for me soon..
I have never felt pain like this in my life..
My face is still all swollen, and it hurts so bad most of the time I can't even manage to talk..
Someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put me out of my friggin misery..
:x  :!:

a tree fell on my house too .... your description of the base of the tree sounds exactly like the base of the tree that fell on my roof.
first thing my dad did when i told him about it was call the insurance agent for two reasons (i don't judge his reasons, it's his house and his insurance agent)
a) on the off chance that there is roof or fence damage.
b) on the off chance that someone might give him a check to pay someone to take the tree out. provided that it is not obviously a job for a professional, he plans on taking the tree out himself and pocketing the money....
EPS, I don't know anything about you or what's been happening but you sound like you're going through a hell of a lot of crap. I'll be thinking of you...

i came home from a hard day only to be ignored by my wife. when she finally did say something, it was to scream at me for a few tiny crumbs of food left in the sink, that she "refuses to clean out".

What did I do today?
Breathed a huge fucking sigh of relief that the link to gothic finally fucking worked instead of giving me that goddamned 'Session Initialisation Failed' screen. What the fuck was up with that the last few days?
EPS, I'm sorry oyu're in so much pain lately, babe. If it makes you feel any better, you're not the onmly one! My upper right wisdom tooth has decided to completely cave in and cause me the most excrutiating pain in the fucking world. I'd rather go through labor again than endure any more tooth pain!!!
And , Dead, not to sound like a cunt, but why the fuck did you marry someone like that???

Poor EPS. I hope you get the tooth fixed soon. Tooth pain is terrible.
And Dead, my condolences on the bad reception from your wife. Perhaps it was just a shitty day for all invovled?
