Rent
Has anyone seen this movie??? I absolutely LOVE it!!!! It's great. The singing, the acting, the story line. I LOVE IT!!! What's your views???

Rent is the only musical ever to bring tears to my eyes, it really is beautiful. And the opening song is great for remembering how many minutes there are in a year...

I agree. It's so beautiful. I cry every time I watch it. I absolutely love it. And I love the opening song, always brings a tear to my eye.

I loved Rent as well, a beautiful piece of art. I love musicals in general, but Rent is definitely one of the better ones. Although I don't think it beats Little Shop of Horrors... xP

Didn't watch the film, but I do know it due to almost getting a part in a stage production of it... I have to say that I prefer Avenue Q to Rent though, although I can't exactly say why - it's just a little bit more unique (they're using dolls, have rather rude but very funny lyrics etc), I feel. There's a whole lot of songs I like in Rent too, like "Take me or leave me" (at least that's what it's called in my copy of the script...), but I don't know...
