How does it feel now that you do not smoke anymore? Crappy, boring, low on energy, bizarre sleep patterns and I miss the ritual and beauty of it. I feel slow, tired, fat, grumpy and annoyed without smoking. This does not go away, it has lasted until I start again both other times for over two years each. I much prefer to smoke and am much happier doing so.

They should take there research from the regular population when people go and visit doctors to find out if smoking really affects someone's health. Now they are saying if you smoke less then 2 packs a day, your health isn't much worse than usual. Second hand smoking has no effect on anyone, unless in a closed environment with smoke everywhere. Most diseases are not caused by smoking. It is usually genetics, obesity and environment.
